Specified Commercial Transactions Act Notice

This notice is provided pursuant to Article 11 of Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引に関する法律), in connection with the paid plans offered as part of the Service. It is provided under Japanese law and the Japanese version is the governing text.

| Selling Price | Single Event: from ¥4,980 (tax included) per competition (the base fee covers up to 10 matches; from the 11th match, ¥300 (tax included) per match; no limit on the number of matches). Annual Plan prices are as shown in the fee table in Article 5 of the Terms of Service (all shown tax included). Prices are in Japanese yen and include Japanese consumption tax. |
| Fees Other Than the Service Price | If you use the entry fee payment collection function, a collection fee of 10% of the amount collected is deducted from that amount. Costs such as communication fees, other than payment fees, are borne by the customer. |

| Payment Timing | For Single Event, the base fee of ¥4,980 (tax included) is charged when a competition is created. If the Scheduled Total Match Count exceeds 10 matches when the competition starts, the excess (¥300 (tax included) per match) is also charged at that time. If unscheduled matches are added after the competition starts, ¥300 (tax included) per match is charged each time matches are added. Annual Plans are charged at the time of contract and at each renewal. |
| Timing of Service Provision | The Service becomes available immediately after payment is completed. |
| Returns and Cancellations | Given the nature of a digital service, no refunds are given once the Service has begun. Even if an Annual Plan is cancelled partway through its contract period, no refund (including a prorated refund) of fees already paid will be made. This does not apply, however, where the Service could not be provided due to a reason attributable to the Company. Refunds relating to entry fee payment collection (such as in the event of competition cancellation) are handled at the expense of the Competition Organizer, who also bears any related payment fees; the Company's collection fee is not subject to refund. |
