Easy to set up the first time
We used to take entries over LINE and collect them in Excel. This time we just sent an entry link, each team registered itself, and we built the fixtures in the same place. I expected it to be a hassle to learn, but it was easier than I thought.
Match-day HQ ran smoothly
We no longer recalculated the standings after every match. Coaches and parents could check the standings on their own phones, so fewer people came to HQ to ask, and we could focus on running the whole venue.
We'll use it again
I thought Excel was enough, but sorting results and preparing reports after the competition became much easier. Counting the time from preparation to wrap-up, it is worth more than the fee. We will use it for our next competition.

Pay the base fee of ¥4,980 when creating the competition. At competition start, the scheduled match count is confirmed and matches above 10 are charged at ¥300 each.
Organizers billed in Japan pay in Japanese yen (JPY), including Japanese consumption tax. Organizers billed outside Japan pay online through Link (Stripe), the seller of record: prices are set in JPY and may be shown in your local currency at checkout, applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is added based on your billing address, and the charge appears on your statement as LINK.COM. Matches above 10 are paid in a separate checkout when you start the competition.
Competitions already contracted under Light, Event or Event Pro before Pricing 2.0 retain their original pricing. The new pricing is not applied retroactively.

Yes. Organizers billed outside Japan pay the platform fee online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Payment is processed by Link (Stripe) as the seller of record. Prices are set in Japanese yen and may be shown in your local currency; applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout based on your billing address. When you start the competition, matches above 10 are paid in a separate checkout.
Pricing 2.0 Single Event has no match-count limit in its pricing plan.
Yes. Scheduled semi-finals, finals and other matches in the competition structure count at competition start even if their teams are not yet known.
Yes. Matches added after start that were not in the confirmed scheduled total cost an additional ¥300 each.
Pricing uses the scheduled match count confirmed at competition start. In principle, matches not played for organizer or participant reasons, weather, postponement, walkovers, forfeits or other reasons not attributable to Footbolster do not automatically result in reductions or refunds.
In principle, the new pricing is not applied retroactively to competitions contracted and paid under the previous pricing before Pricing 2.0.
